sense of direction and relationships.
When she passed away the imagery and
feelings began to surface in a sort of language
about which I imagined and literally dreamed.
What I am remembering about her, and our
relationship is not verbal conversation or
meaningful interactions but the imagined
imagery of what those implied conversations
appeared to be. I don9t remember anything
deeply impactful or meaningful that she
shared with me during my childhood. I just
so. I made mistakes and endured
misunderstandings that could have been
avoided if she had just spoke up about why it
was important to not act a certain way or visit
a certain place. She offered no advice but
made sure I was in Sunday School every
Sunday and that I was enrolled in every selfhelp and hygiene related class that was
presented to her. She blindly let the
